Festival Garden guests must be 21+ and purchase a wristband from one of the six wristband booths. Wristbands are $6 each. ID required - NO exceptions. Wristband sales will begin at 10:00am and festival gardens will open at 10:00am. Beverage sales will begin at Noon.
