Dress in your favorite costume, bring your bikes, trikes and wagons, and join in the Grand Old Day Children's page led by the Saint Paul Clown Club! Registration at 9:15am in front of A. Johnson & Sons (Grand & Wheeler). Parade ends in Family Fun Zone.

Saint Paul Mayor Chris Coleman will join organization representatives, city officials, business owners, and the public at Wet Paint to cut a ribbon inaugurating new bike racks along Grand Avenue.
