5K Fun Run Registration Now Open
The Grand Old Day fun run is back! This family-friendly 5k run/walk and kids’ 1/2 mile is the perfect way to start your day before the Grand Old Day parade. This is an out-and-back race starting and ending at Snelling and Grand Avenue.
Kids Market
The NEW Kids Market will be hosted in the Future Innovators Zone. Kids ages 5-17 can sell almost anything — handmade items, store-bought goods, games, or services.

Weiner Dog Race
The Race will be held on the north side of Grand Ave near the intersection of Snelling Avenue at 12:00 PM. Check-in will begin at 11:00 AM. To enter your pet in the race, please register by Tuesday, May 26.

Public Parking Options
Central High School: Free parking 8 blocks north of Grand. $10 MOOV rideshare shuttles to/from Summit throughout the day. (275 Lexington Pkwy N)
Anderson Parking Facility: Free parking and free shuttle along Summit Avenue. Shuttles run every 30 to 45 minutes, traffic dependent. (Corner of Grand Ave & Cretin Ave S)

Food and Standard Vendor Applications Due April 30
Vendors are invited to apply for a Grand Old Day booth on Grand Avenue to reach over 200,000 event attendees. NOTE: If your business is a Grand Avenue Business Association Core, Core Plus, or Premier Member, your business receives a FREE Vendor Booth. Applications are due by April 30, 2026.
Artisan Vendor Applications Due May 15
The Artisan Vendor application is meant for local artists to share their work/performances/presence. Artisans, Makers, Small Non-Profits, Interactive Performers, Performance Artists, and anyone else who sells handmade goods is invited to apply. Applications are due by May 15, 2026.
Parade Applications Due May 15
NOTE: Grand Avenue Business Association Members receive a discount or free entry into the parade with their membership (must be active). Apply by May 15, 2026.
